Design philosophy
Find the system. Simplify the experience.
I’m drawn to complex problems involving AI, enterprise workflows, and design systems. I look for the structure beneath that complexity, then translate it into clear decisions, intuitive interactions, and experiences people can trust.
Leadership style
Set direction. Stay close to the work.
I lead through thoughtful questions, shared principles, and clear feedback. I give designers room to own their decisions while remaining hands-on in research, concept development, critique, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Beyond the screen
Built for the long run.
Running and triathlon training have taught me consistency, patience, and resilience. Since 2018, I’ve completed 10 half marathons and three Olympic-distance triathlons, bringing the same focus and endurance to my design practice.

Testing process
Every project must pass Scooby’s three-stage review: sniff test, five-minute sprints, and an extended nap. Final approval requires treats. Scooby does not work pro bono.
