Design philosophy
Find the system. Simplify the experience.
I’m drawn to complex problems involving AI, enterprise workflows, and design systems. I look for the structure beneath that complexity, then translate it into clear decisions, intuitive interactions, and experiences people can trust.
Leadership style
Set direction. Stay close to the work.
I lead through thoughtful questions, shared principles, and clear feedback. I give designers room to own their decisions while remaining hands-on in research, concept development, critique, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Much like a runner relies on stamina and consistent effort to finish strong, I approach projects with the same sincerity and absolute discipline, bringing sustained focus and long-term resilience to every professional challenge, just like a Marathon Runner.

Testing process
Every project must pass Scooby’s three-stage review: sniff test, five-minute sprints, and an extended nap. Final approval requires treats. Scooby does not work pro bono.
